Agenda:

The meeting will consist of introductions and a brief up-date on the progress of COAD projects, followed by a presentation (30-35 minutes) on organizational resilience, entitled Staying in the Game - Operational Resilience for the Private and Public Sector.  The presentation will cover topics including:

• Basic Assumptions and Common Elements in Disasters
• Disaster Economics (it's about more than just lost revenue)
• Single Points of Failure
• Operational Continuity
• Community Resilience
